DUE DILIGENCE AWARENESS ONLINE COURSE OVERVIEW
This course covers the necessary roles and responsibilities of the workplace supervisor or manager. In this course the student will review the rights and responsibilities of workers, supervisors and employers, and learn how to deal with the appropriate provincial health and safety legislation.
NOTE – The Canadian Labour Code is not included because all workplaces, federal or provincial, must comply with local legislation. Most provincial legislation is more robust than federal.

DUE DILIGENCE AWARENESS ONLINE COURSE DURATION: Approximately 2 hours
DUE DILIGENCE AWARENESS ONLINE TEST: Knowledge testing is conducted throughout the course. Test questions are designed to reinforce the information presented and must be completed by each participant. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Each participant is allowed to repeat the course twice if the course pass mark has not been achieved on the first attempt.
DUE DILIGENCE AWARENESS ONLINE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
