Corrective Action Training: Traffic Control Devices

This Corrective Action Training module provides drivers with remedial training related to traffic control devices. Specifically, this course is designed to remind drivers to always pay attention to and obey traffic control devices.

After completing this course, drivers will be able to:

• Recognize various types of traffic control devices.
• Explain the purpose of traffic control devices.
• Discuss the consequences of failing to obey traffic control devices.

• Notice how many different types of devices there are.
• Know what you have to do to comply with various devices.
• Do you part to maintain highway safety.
• Violations could affect your career.
• Ask if you don’t know what something means.

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
