      • Proper body mechanics – safe position of the spine (S-shape)
    • Proper lifting techniques for different types of loads

    • Safe exercises and stretches that can be used to alleviate discomfort at work and at home

PREVENTING INJURIES: AVOIDING SPRAINS & STRAINS TESTING: Participants are tested after each module through completing exercises and answering questions. A mark of 75% must be achieved in order to pass the course and receive a certificate of completion. Participants have unlimited access to the course during and after completion.
