Cannabis & the Workplace: Cannabis Awareness for Employers and Leaders

This course will provide employers, managers, and supervisors with a comprehensive overview of cannabis, (medicinal and recreational) from a practical and science based perspective.

After the completion of this course, you will:

• Know what cannabis is .
• Understand the difference between hemp, marijuana, and cannabis.
• Know what CBD and THC are, and what they do
• Understand the different types of cannabis and their effects.
• Understand how cannabis use affects the body.
• Be explained some medical cannabis treatments and uses.
• Know how cannabis is used or consumed.

Testing conducted throughout this online Managing Cannabis and the Workplace: Cannabis Awareness course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
