Safe and Smart New Driver Training Program: Compliance, Safety, and Accountability (CSA)

This course is designed to help CMV drivers learn what CSA is and how it affects them as professional drivers.

When it comes to topics of importance in the motor carrier industry, Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) is at the top of the list. So, what is CSA and how does it affect drivers and their company?

• Describe the seven Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories (BASICs), BASIC scores, and strategies for keeping your BASIC scores low

A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Users are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
